Join us every Sunday and Thursday from 6:30pm

Cor Meibion Clydach held its very first practice in March 2024 with only 16 members. Since that time the choir has grown tremendously. Clydach once boasted a Male Voice Choir which was very successful and went on to win the National Eisteddfod, an accolade any choir can be proud of. Unfortunately, that choir disbanded. At a time when a lot of choirs are diminishing, it is great to see Clydach Male Voice Choir buck the trend, showing there is still a big demand for Welsh Choral music in Wales. We are proud to have Derek Bevan MBE as the choir's president, and Gareth Crees as our Vice President.

In April 2026, we travel to Carlow, Ireland to take part in the Pan Celtic Festival bringing together music from Celtic nations such as the Isle of Man, Cornwall, Brittany, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. As well as performing in Carlow Cathedral, we'll be competing against other choirs during the festival.

On 7th July we will be supporting Morriston Ladies Choir at their 85th Annual Concert at the Tabernacle in Morriston. Tickets are £10 each. Email us to secure your tickets.

We'll be holding our very first annual concert on 16th October this year. Its taken us 2 years to build up our repertoire since forming in 2024. A huge achievement for any new choir. Tickets will be advertised in advance and will be available to purchase online or from choristers. For choir patrons this is a free event.

On Sunday 8th November, we'll be performing at St. Mary's Clydach for the annual remembrance Sunday service, joining all members of our community and community groups to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice in wars gone by.
